About

Background:

I'm originally from Atlantic City, but I've spent most of my adult life in beautiful South Florida. I graduated from the University of Florida in 2007 with a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design and a Minor in Art History.

Professional Career:

15 years after my first design job, I still love creating anything I can imagine. I've had a broad career in Miami – working for small boutique firms, full-service advertising agencies, and in-house for worldwide brands. I've directed photo shoots on exotic Caribbean beaches, been published in top design magazines, and had my ads displayed on the gigantic digital billboards in Times Square NYC.

I’m well-experienced in creative direction, photo/video direction, print/digital/interactive design, and production. I pride myself on my ability to develop strategy-based creative solutions, build strong relationships with clients, and manage and motivate team members. I’ve developed high-level creative campaigns for internationally recognized brands such as Applebee’s, Mercedes-Benz, Burger King, Hilton, The Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, Norwegian Cruise Line, Planet Hollywood, Sandals Resorts, and more.

I take ideas and bring them to life.

Other Interests:

My artistic side doesn't stop with graphic and web design. I own and cultivate around 30 bonsai trees (15 different species). After meeting a friend who customized motorcycles, I decided to buy a Harley Sportster and turn it into a bobber - teaching myself to engineer, weld, and learn electronics. I learned woodworking and have subsequently designed and built all of the furniture in my apartment, as well as some one-off pieces for others. When I couldn't find a longboard I really liked, I decided to build one, and now I have friends requesting one for themselves. I appreciate art and design in all of its wonderful forms, and I'm endlessly curious about working in new mediums.
